Dear Valued Customer

Commodity prices have been climbing; impacting global and local economies equally.  For the last few years we have absorbed our supplier’s price increases without passing any of that cost on to our customers in the hope of stabilization within the global commodity markets.  Unfortunately this hasn’t happened and we have reached a point where this has become unsustainable for us with the cost of some raw materials doubling in a year.

Our business has not been shielded from this effect and we regret to inform you that our prices will increase by 10% as of the first of March 2012.

Whilst this unavoidable price increase is unfortunate, we will also be introducing a free postage option when ordering online.  All orders over £25 will be eligible for free delivery when placed through our website.
