This one day course attempts to address the frequently reoccurring dilemma that many therapists have, particularly in the early years of practice, of "why we do what we do" versus "making a living and charging for our services". Where altruism can sometimes deteriorate into bad business, or at the other end of the scale where bad business is driven by greed rather than the patient's wellbeing.
We will also be looking at ways in which we can promote our businesses without spending a fortune. As well as learning about our own limitations as individual therapists, and selling ourselves better and understanding the notion of perceived value, while expanding our appeal to a wider audience.
