Magnesium Citrate Malate Supplement
This supplement combines two forms of organic magnesium salt to provide about a quarter of the daily magnesium requirement in each capsule. This makes it a good choice for a measured approach to supplementing magnesium intake. Organic salts are better absorbed in the intestine, meaning that this form of magnesium has good bio availability.
A combination of calcium and magnesium in highly bioavailable forms, providing a 1:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium, providing 60mg Calcium and 60mg Magnesium per capsule. Calcium and Magnesium may compete for absorption in the intestine at doses of over 250mg so a daily intake of 1 capsule per day is preferable.
This supplement provides a daily low dose of both minerals to combat dietary deficiencies.
If higher doses of either mineral are required then individual calcium and magnesium supplements should be taken at different ties of day.

Magnesium is an essential nutrient with many functions in the human body:
It helps maintain energy and combat fatigue.
It helps build and maintain bones and teeth.
It contributes to the health of nerve, muscle and cell membranes.
It contributes to normal muscle function, including the heart.
It helps with protein manufacture.
It can help to keep some of the body's other mineral and hormone systems in balance.
Magnesium is readily available in a normal balanced diet. But for some people it may not be possible to source or absorb all the magnesium they need. Correcting a magnesium deficiency could reduce tiredness and fatigue, help to restore nerve and muscle function, and support the health of bones and teeth.
High doses of magnesium can have a laxative effect. It is recommended to keep below 400mg per day unless prescribed by a practitioner.
