I’ve signed up for MetabolicsPlus but I seem to have been charged for postage. What's happened?
If you discover you’ve been charged postage for an item, the product you have ordered may not be eligible for MetabolicsPlus. Below we have outlined products that are exempt from the postage savings.

If only some items in your order are eligible for MetabolicsPlus you'll be charged postage costs for the ineligible items seen above. Your membership to MetabolicsPLus may have expired or has been cancelled. Check your inbox for the membership expiry date email received when you signed up to MetabolicsPlus or alternatively call +441380812799 to speak to a member of our team.
My order arrived late or hasn’t turned up. What do I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived or arrived later than you expected please let us know by visiting the "Contact us" page or using the chat support feature at the bottom right hand side of your screen.
Does my membership renew automatically?
No, your membership to MetabolicsPlus does not renewal automatically. A member of our team will contact you 1 month before the expiry date. If you wish to automatically renew your membership to MetabolicsPlus please contact us by our local rate phone number on +441380812799 and please have your account information ready. If you wish to cancel your MetabolicsPlus membership please contact us via email or by telephone.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you wish to cancel your membership before the completion of the full year, the original membership fee of £49 is non-refundable.
