A healthy diet contains a balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. However, sometimes obtaining enough of these important oils to support our health, including that of the brain, skin and hormone system, especially at times of increased bodily need, may prove difficult. Not all fatty acids are made in the body so must be supplied by the diet or supplementation.

Metabolics Omega 3 and 6 provides a 3:1 combination, providing 750mg of re-esterified Omega 3 of which 248mg is EPA and 165 mg DHA, in each capsule. It is a re-esterified form of Omega 3 from anchovy, sardine and mackerel caught of the south coast of America.
- The Omega 6 is provided by cold pressed evening primrose oil providing a minimum of 8% Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA)
