Delivery
Your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of you placing your order. However orders placed on a weekend/UK Public Holiday will not be processed until the next available working day. Orders in the UK will be sent out First Class by Royal Mail. Products sent out by courier should expect to be delivered in 3 days. International orders should expect to take longer to be delivered.
Please Note: Royal Mail collects our packages up to 2kg by 4.30pm each working day, we finalise our paperwork at 4.00pm. If you wish an order to be processed for same day dispatch we strongly advise that the order is placed by 3.00pm. All parcels over 2kg are collected by courier after 1pm and before 4.00pm. Rates may vary for speciality products and orders over £150.00 dependent on weight.
Prices for delivery (excluding VAT) are as follows:-
£2.51 for packages up to 2kg
£6.50 for packages between 2kg and 10kg
£POA for packages over 10kg
£5.06 for Overseas Airmail package up to 2kg
£POA for Overseas package by courier
Returns
All returns need to have a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) generated by phoning the Sales Line within 30 days of invoice date.
Returns will only be accepted if unopened and with the product seal intact and will incur a 25% restocking fee, postage will not be refunded.
All returns are evaluated before being processed.
Your statutory rights of return are unaffected.
Goods that are broken, damaged or sent in error will be refunded in full or resent on request.
There will be no refund on tinctures supplied.
Refunds will be made as per the original method of payment.
All goods must be returned within 7 days of a RMA number being issued. - Returns will not be processed without an RMA Number.
