About these Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions ‘we’ and ‘us’ shall mean Metabolics Ltd, and ‘you’ shall mean you the customer. These terms and conditions together with acceptance of your order constitute the Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other terms and conditions shall apply. Value Added Tax

Law

Any dispute that cannot be settled through negotiations shall be subjected to Sole Arbitration under the London Chamber of Commerce and rules thereunder. Such Arbitration shall be conducted in London.
