The seminar will once again feature Dr Emma Derbyshire, who provided a range of superb presentations in our previous womens health seminar.
The seminar will host a range of focus topics including:

- Nutrition before, during and after pregnancy
- Nutrition & the menopausal years
- Summary Group Activity - Main issues and where to go from here.
Latest data from scientific papers and the National Diet & Nutrition Survey will be analysed and presented within the seminar.

About Dr. Emma Derbyshire
Dr Emma Derbyshire is one of the UK’s leading Nutritional Scientists who hosts an impressive level of experience in research and lecturing.
Dr Derbyshire’s main fields of expertise are based on the subjects of maternal and infant nutrition. Having written over 50 peer reviewed research papers, books, book chapters and review papers around these subjects, Dr Derbyshire brings a wealth of knowledge to any seminar.
Dr Derbyshire has a range of professional affiliations including being a member of the Higher Education Academy, Registered Nutritionist, a member of the Nutrition Society Reproduction and Child Health Group, and a member of the Research Institute for Health and Social Change to name a few. Holding the title of Senior Lecturer in Human Health at Manchester Metropolitan University and a number of other significant positions in higher education, Dr Derbyshire is well accustomed to public and private lecturing.

When, Where and how much?
The seminar will take place on Saturday the 27th of September 2014 and delegates are expected to register at 9 am with the seminar starting at 10 am.
The seminar will run until 5pm with a 30 minute Q&A following the final presentation.
