Metabolics Label Updates
From time to time we may have to update our product labels to either reflect changes in legislation, our ingredients list or allergen information. All label updates from June 2019 will be reflected in the below table for your reference.

| Multiple for Women 40+ | 23.04.2024 | The label has been updated for improved compliance and easier reading, the product itself has not changed. This includes a name change for Orthosilicic acid - Choline-stabilized Orthosilicic Acid (Bamboo Powder) and Choline Chloride has been removed. |
| Oregano Oil | 04.04.2024 | This product has been updated to include sunflower oil instead of olive oil. This increases the Carvacrol content from 113 mg to 128 mg per softgel capsule. |
| Nutrient Phase 1+2 | 22.02.2024 | This product has been reformulated to include a new branded version of choline bitartrate known as VitaCholine® choline bitartrate. This is a premium form of choline bitartrate. |
| Jointmax | 21.12.2023 | This product has undergone some improvements in the manufacturing process, resulting in an increased quantity of ingredients per capsule. Previous batches contained a fill weight of 505 mg per capsule whereas going forward they now contain 575mg. Please see the product page for details. |
| Flax Seed Oil | 21.12.2023 | This product has been updated to no longer include "caramel colour" as an ingredient. There is no other change to this product. |
| Antenatal Formula | 16.08.2023 | This product has been reformulated to include a new branded version of choline bitartrate known as VitaCholine® choline bitartrate. This is a premium form of choline bitartrate and moving to this has enabled us to increase the amount of choline we offer per serving to 150 mg (increasing a capsule amount from 16.7mg to 25mg). The source of vitamin E has been changed to a natural form of D Alpha Tocopherol, delivering 50% of your daily requirement. A number of other ingredients have altered in amounts very slightly; increases in certain ingredients have been to better align with recommendations for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Where ingredients have been reduced it is where the previous value was not necessary and to make room for increases in more important ingredients such as the choline. | Magnesium Hydroxide | 10.08.2023 | The capsule size has been reduced from a size 0 to a size 1. There is no change in fill weight or changes to the label or ingredients. |
| Maritime Pine Bark Extract | 23.06.2023 | The name of this product has been changed from "Marine Pine Bark" to the more appropriate "Maritime Pine Bark Extract". There is no other change to this product. |
| Hair, Skin and Nails Support | 31.05.2023 | Due to an EU legislation change, we are now required to state the EGCG content within the Green Tea in this product. Hair, Skin and Nails Support contains 50 mg of Green Tea, which is 23 mg as EGCG. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of EGCG or more. |
| Menopause Support Formula | 31.05.2023 | Due to an EU legislation change, we are now required to state the EGCG content within the Green Tea in this product. Menopause Support Formula contains 50 mg of Green Tea, which is 23 mg as EGCG. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of EGCG or more. |
| Adrenalmax | 31.05.2023 | Due to an EU legislation change, we are now required to state the EGCG content within the Green Tea in this product. Adrenalmax contains 84 mg of Green Tea, which is 38 mg as EGCG. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of EGCG or more. |

| Mastic Gum | 26.05.2023 | This product no longer contains any gluten containing ingredients. It is not tested for gluten so cannot be described as "gluten-free" but is not made on a line with any gluten containing ingredients. All other elements of the label remain unchanged. |
| OsteoAid | 04.05.2023 | Due to an EU legislation change, we are now required to state the EGCG content within the Green Tea in this product. OsteoAid contains 83 mg of Green Tea, which is 37 mg as EGCG. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of EGCG or more. |

| Magnesium Ascorbate | 05.01.2021 | The levels of magnesium and vitamin C in this product have changed slightly due to a change in raw material supply. This product used to contain 467 mg (584% NRV) vitamin C and 61 mg (16% NRV) magnesium; it now contains 485 mg (606% NRV) vitamin C and 36 mg (10% NRV) magnesium. |
| Biosilica | 15.12.2020 | We have reformulated this product to improve the encapsulation process by adding cellulose. The active ingredients remain the same but the capsule size is slightly larger. |
| Magnesium Citrate | 24.09.2020 | Each capsule now contains 85 mg (Elemental) Magnesium (they previously contained 73 mg). They now contain more elemental Magnesium (23% NRV). |
| Vitamin D3 and K2 2500IU | 17.08.2020 | The volume of vitamin K2 per capsule has been increased from 60 mcg to 200 mcg, changing the NRV from 80% to 267%. This has also slightly increased the capsule size. This product also now includes maltodextrin. |
| Vitamin C Buffered | 17.08.2020 | Slight revisions have been made to the amount of Magnesium and Vitamins C delivered in a capsule, with the amount of vitamin C per capsule increasing from 349mg to 358mg and the amount of magnesium reducing from 73mg to 62mg. This is a change from the temporary use of sodium ascorbate. |
| Bromelain | 17.08.2020 | The capsule size has changed to a slightly larger size and the amount of Bromelain in a capsule has increased from 150mg to 180mg. It now also includes a small amount of maltodextrin. |
| Vitamin D3 and K2 1000IU | 22.07.2020 | The volume of vitamin K2 per capsule has been increased from 50 mcg to 100 mcg, changing the NRV from 67% to 133%. This product also now includes maltodextrin. |
| Vitamin D3 and K2 Oil | 14.05.2020 | Sunflower oil replaced with Avocado Oil. Avocado Oil is the natural oil pressed from the pulp of an avocado. It is rich in Oleic acid (Omega 9), a monounsaturated fatty acid (similar to Olive Oil). Whilst it has a ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 of approximately 13:1, the Omega 6 content is relatively low. Sunflower Oil has a much higher Omega 6 content and, whilst the body needs Omega 6, it is pro-inflammatory. |
| Propolis | 11.05.2020 | A more concentrated extract is now being used than what was used in the previous formulation, this means there is less extract delivered in one capsule than previously. As it is now a 5:1 extract it equates to approx 1.3 g Bee propolis. The previous product was a 3:1 extract, which equates to about 1 g bee. The new raw material is formulated using Di Calcium Phosphate, Silicon Dioxide and Natural caramel. |
| Artemisia Annua | 14.04.2020 | A slightly stronger extract is now being used due to a different raw material supplier being sourced. The extract is now 1:5 instead of 1:3. |
| Vitamin D3 Oil | 18.03.2020 | Sunflower oil replaced with Avocado Oil. Avocado Oil is the natural oil pressed from the pulp of an avocado. | Omega 3-6-9 Capsules | 16.01.2020 | Omega 3-6-9 now contains an increased amount of EPA 72 mg and DHA 48 mg (Previously it contained EPA 60 mg and DHA 35 mg). |
| Fungalite Phase 1 | 18.12.2019 | The Cloves have been removed from this product as the Eugenol oil, in combination with the other ingredients, causes some issues involving the capsule to split. By removing this we then were able to increase the strength of the other ingredients based on their anti-fungal/anti-microbial properties. |
| Tyrosine Capsules | 04.12.2019 | Made with a new raw material that is suitable for vegans. |
| Bladderwrack Capsules | 20.11.2019 | Made with a new raw material in a more concentrated form, delivering a higher amount of iodine, which contains a small amount (<5%) maltodextrin from corn. Cellulose is now used to keep the more concentrated form of iodine at 800 micrograms per capsule. |
