This nutritional supplement  is a blend of Broccoli extract (containing 0.5% sulforaphane) with added Indole 3 Carbinol
 Indole-3-carbinol is produced by the breakdown of the glucosinolate glucobrassicin, which can be found at relatively high levels in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, collard greens and kale.
 
Please note: High doses of Indole-3-Carbinol of more than 400 mg per day can cause dysequilbrium systems, tremor and nausea.
