Chlorella is a green, single cell freshwater algae. More than 20 vitamins and minerals are found in chlorella, including iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorous, Beta Carotene, vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6 and B12 (more than in beef liver), biotin, inositol, folic acid, plus vitamins C, E and K. Chlorella also contains Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.
