What is Subscribe & Save?

It's a recurring order for the products you take regularly. You choose how often you want them delivered, and we send them automatically. You save 15% on every order for as long as your subscription is active not just the first one.

How much do I save?

15% off every order, every time. There's no introductory rate that quietly disappears after the first month.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. You can cancel after your first order if it's not working for you. We'd rather you stay because the products are doing their job, not because you're locked in.

Can I subscribe to any product?

Most of our 300+ SKUs are available on subscription. If a product can't be subscribed to, you'll see that clearly on the product page.

Where do I manage my subscription?

Log into your account on metabolics.com and head to the subscriptions area. You can change products, swap quantities, update your delivery date, pause, or cancel all from there.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Pause it for as long as you need and restart whenever you're ready. Useful if you're travelling, stocked up, or taking a planned break from a particular supplement.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime from your account. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no friction.

Will I be charged if I cancel before my next delivery?

No. As long as you cancel before your next order is processed, you won't be charged. We'll send you a reminder a few days before each renewal so you have time to make changes.

When will my first order arrive?

Your first subscription order is dispatched the same as a one-off purchase, usually within 1–2 working days. Subsequent orders are processed automatically on your chosen schedule.

What if I need my next order sooner?

You can bring your next delivery forward from your account, or place a one-off order alongside your subscription. The 15% discount applies to your scheduled subscription orders.

Can I change the quantity of a product?

Yes. If you've found you need two bottles instead of one (or vice versa), update the quantity from your account.

Can I add a one-off product to my next subscription delivery?

Yes. This is a useful way to try something new at your subscription discount, or to top up on something you've run low on without paying separate postage.

What if I want to switch to a different strength or format?

You can swap any product in your subscription for a different one at any time. If you're not sure which version is right for you - particularly across our practitioner range - get in touch and we'll help you choose.

Do subscribers get rewards?

Yes. We say thank you with a free gift on your 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th recurring orders. Four gifts across your first year as a subscriber, on top of your ongoing 15% discount.

Do I need to do anything to claim the gifts?

No. The gift is added automatically to your qualifying order. You'll see it listed on your dispatch confirmation.

Which orders count towards the 3, 6, 9 and 12 milestones?

Every recurring subscription order counts. One-off purchases placed alongside your subscription don't count towards the milestone, but they don't reset the count either.

What happens if I pause my subscription?

Pausing doesn't reset your count. When you restart, you pick up exactly where you left off - so if you'd had two recurring orders before pausing, your next one will be your third and will arrive with your first gift.

What if I cancel and resubscribe later?

If you cancel your subscription, the count resets when you start a new one. Pausing is the better option if you're planning to come back.
