In the body, free radicals damage cells and are linked to many health problems associated with ageing. Astragalus is also believed to contribute to your mental and physcial well-being, particularly for women going through menopause. Astragalus contributes to the resistance during the premenstrual cycle and contributes to relieving menopause symptoms.
