This product is a blend of Humic and Fulvic acid mineral complexes derived from extracts of humalite (a soft brown coal- like material) and oxidized lignite.
Lignite is a brown coal, which in its composition contains humic acids. These are naturally occurring raw materials rich in humified organic matter. Many years ago, when the earth’s minerals had not yet leached into the sea, the soil was extremely fertile. Humic deposits arose from the ancient lush vegetation, which itself never turned into oil or coal. These humic deposits contained Fulvic acid, which is a humic acid of lower molecular weight and higher oxygen content.
Fulvic acid comes entirely from the microbial action on decomposing plants, or ancient deposits of plant origin.
Foods highest in Fulvic acid will be those found growing in healthy soils such as Radishes, Beetroots, Parsnips, Carrots, Turnips, as well as foods grown in large bodies of natural water such as Seaweed and Kelp.
However, some of the trace minerals have become depleted from our soils over years thus lowering the levels you can obtain from the food supply.
Fulvic acid and Humic acid contain phytochemicals, biochemicals, antioxidants, enzymes, electrolytes and amino acids.
They contain more than 60 minerals and trace elements. As natural chelating agents, they are compounds that can react with metal ions to form stable, water-soluble compounds, which can improve absorption.
Humic and Fulvic Acid have antiviral as well as anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory properties, as suggested in this study.
